Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In the case of a return, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping & Delivery
All orders will take up to 3 business days for processing and will be shipped from our warehouse. We have different facilities across the U.S. to reach all customers faster. Most orders should be delivered within 10-12 business days.
All Units will be packaged and crated in a steel cage to avoid any damage and will be picked and delivered by our trucking partners. All our shipping partners are well-reputed companies and offer the best service in the market.
NOTE: PLEASE INSPECT THE PACKAGE FOR ANY DAMAGES BEFORE SIGNING THE RECEIPT. IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGES, KINDLY NOTE THAT ON THE RECEIPT FORM WITH PICTURES IF POSSIBLE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO REPORT ANY DAMAGE ISSUES THAT MIGHT HAVE OCCURRED DURING TRANSIT.
